Some of the women's rain boots at Target (on-line) are on clearance...and really good prices. And you can return them to the store if you don't like them! =)
(I ordered the Canadian made boots, and I ordered a size up a size from "normal" & and I chose wide, because I have a pair already and I think that they run small & narrow.)

I got my boots today- they are great, except that they have a seam running down the bottom of the foot...so I may have to buy some inserts.
