Food on Friday: Chocolate Pudding Cake


Here's the recipe....
..FYI: our substitutions: White Spelt flour instead of wheat, Grapeseed Oil instead of butter, Sucanat instead of brown sugar, and Sour Cream instead of ice cream.  (the first time we used  SC, the next time Spray Cream, and all of us said after that we should always use Sour Cream)



It was very good...yes, thinking of it as I write, it was very good indeed!
