Food on Friday: Parmesan Onion Bake (recipe!)

Mmmm.....I got this recipe from my "2001 Taste of Home Annual Recipes" cookbook (I used to buy cookbooks for my hope-chest...but not any more- I think I have enough for now!)

I've only made this recipe twice, I really don't know why I have not made it more- I am definitely going to add it to the recipe rotation- I'm even thinking of a new Thanksgiving tradition!

Yum.   

(Oh, I quartered and sliced the onions, and baked it in a glass 9x13 pan)
