Don't you love the names that ModCloth comes up with? I decided to call this dress "Why Did the Chicken Cross the Road?". I started with "Alexander Henry" fabric I found (really cheap) at a Goodwill in Dallas, (the color ran when I washed it, so I tried to bleach it...I want to assure you that although still pretty, the colors are nothing like it was!), and Simplicity #8071, and made changes, got advice and made more changes all the way through! This dress is going to the beach with me!
