I came across this recipe, or at least this general recipe last week.
2tea powdered Cloves in a quart of boiling water simmer 15 minutes.
Strain, and add another quart of water.
To drink: dilute 1 cup of concentrate with 3 cups of water and sweeten. (I used stevia.)
Store in fridge.
FYI: I thought that it was better cold than hot.

I know that I have written this recipe in a most confusing manner, but that is what you get for not following a tried and true recipe, and just striking out on your own. =]
