Cayenne Maple Lemonade as a meal replacer is really good for your liver, and helps you lose weight.
per quart:
5-6 Tb. grade "B" Maple Syrup (or part molasses)
1/8th to 1/4 tea. Cayenne
8 Tb Fresh Lemon Juice
water
~Before you start drinking- be sure and have
a glass or 2 of water first- or you could feel bad. =/
~Don't guzzle it-- "for a meal"- or you could feel bad. =/
~Sip on as much as you need a day.
(I like 1-2 quarts per day- depending on how much I eat).
