King Arthur's Gluten-Free Pizza Crust

Tonight is Gluten-Free Pizza Night - Round 2.
We're trying King Arthur Flour Gluten-Free Pizza Crust mix.

"...Just finished all the pizza leftovers. This crust tasted pretty good. The crust was thick and bready, which I like. If you like a thin crust, you might not like this one. The dough was MUCH more time consuming and very hard to work with. It was so sticky that it was hard to spread in the pan."
